Trade Frustration…For Satisfaction

Yes, I was gushing a little bit about my teeone.net service the other day. I wanted to make sure that  your organization was aware of my satisfaction. I like to make sure that people I do business with are aware of the good things they do for me.

 

Until I made the switch to teeone.net, I wasn’t aware of the amount of time I was personally spending being the network administrator of my in-house network.

 

Since I am not a network administrator by training, it was a very frustrating and time consuming experience. At about the time of our switch to teeone.net, we seemed to have a run of bad luck with anti-virus software. The virus had completely locked up two of our workstations. We had to have our outside computer vendor remove the viruses from our system.

 

In addition, I was running a five and a half year old server that was about to require replacement. We needed a newer server that would run the new software required of us by one of our clients.

 

Since our switch to teeone.net, I have had no (zero) problems with viruses and workstations. I continue to use our perfectly fine (though aged) server to run our internal network.

 

Teeone.net takes care of my daily backups, remote access to all of my data is a breeze and software upgrades are as simple as calling to schedule the upgrade.
